Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this Track-My-Order to monitor the status of your delivery.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we'll do our best to make it right.

We shall not be held liable for undelivered packages resulting from incorrect addresses or return-to-sender situations.

I never received my order!

If your order has not arrived, first check the tracking number provided in the email confirming your shipment. If you haven't received that email yet, your package hasn't been sent out. If the tracking shows "Delivered," contact the carrier (like USPS, FedEx, or UPS) to file a claim, not to My Morning Motto.

We can only see what you can see and can't do more. The carrier is responsible at this point. They can give you details like when and where your package was dropped off to help you find it.

We're not liable for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier marks a package as "Delivered," we won't replace or refund it. While we're glad to help confirm the delivery address with the shipping carrier, we can't be held responsible for the final outcome.

How do I care for my products?

For best results, we recommend following the care instructions provided with each product. In general, machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry on low heat. Avoid using bleach and ironing directly on printed areas.

Direct to Garment Care Instructions:

Remember to wash before wearing! For the first wash, it's best to wash the garment alone. This removes any pretreatment used during the printing process, preventing permanent discoloration from UV exposure.

The pretreatment binds the white ink of the design to your garment. Wash cold, inside out with similar colors on a gentle cycle.

Tumble dry at medium heat.

Avoid ironing and dry cleaning.
